For 25 years, SDFF has been offering Low Cost Computers to residents of San Diego County who qualify.   


Our laptops and desktops are refurbished business computers that come pre-installed with Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student, and a one-year warranty from SDFF.


You are welcome to come into our office or purchase through this website.

  • Program laptop computers are available for online purchase and shipping within San Diego County (only).  
  • All desktop computers and monitors may be purchased online, but do require pickup from our office. 
  • To purchase, you must be a San Diego County resident and meet the program qualifications by completing the online application.

At SDFF, we know you want your computer as soon as possible, we will process your application within one business day after the completion of the application and online payment. 

At SDFF, we know you want your computer as soon as possible, so we have a few options.  For laptops, the easiest option is to pay online and we will ship the unit to you within one business day.  Note that SDFF only sells and ships Low Cost Computers to residents of San Diego County.  All desktops, monitors, and laptops can also be picked up the same day by visiting our offices during our standard business hours.

SDFF was founded over 25 years years ago with the sole purpose of repurposing  computers that had previously been used by the County of San Diego and other businesses within our region.  Our equipment is high quality business class computers that were donated to SDFF for the sole purpose of serving the residents of San Diego County.

SDFF is located at 4283 El Cajon Blvd, Suite 220 in San Diego (92105).  All computers can be piked up in our TechHub which is open to the public between 9 - 4 Monday - Friday.

Yes! SDFF offers in person purchases. Complete the application online on a mobile device or in person at our office.
