The Digital Bridge Program is our pioneering mobile lab unit, designed to dismantle barriers to technology access. We deliver digital literacy training, affordable refurbished computers, and essential IT support services directly to underserved communities across San Diego County. This approach addresses the critical need for technology where transportation and resources are limited.
By advancing digital literacy and providing comprehensive training, the program not only empowers individuals with essential skills but also drives economic growth, fosters community development, and sets a foundation for generational uplift.

Bringing Tech to Your Neighborhood: We regularly visit libraries and community centers, making technology accessible where it's needed most.
We offer tailored training sessions that are customized to meet the unique needs of the community, from seniors learning to navigate the internet to young adults enhancing their job skills.

Providing Hands-On Tech Support: Our interns, who are training for their CompTIA A+ certification, provide hands-on tech support, helping with everything from password resets to software troubleshooting, all directly on site.
This real-world experience prepares our interns not only for IT careers but also strengthens the community's tech capabilities.

Access to Affordable Technology: The Tech-Express Van provides high-quality, refurbished computers at low costs, directly in your neighborhood, eliminating the need for travel to our City Heights office.
We're always interested in involving the community. If you want to help, please contact Digital Bridge Program Manager, Irina Prokhorova, to learn how you can participate in digital inclusion efforts in your neighborhood.
