Setup and Installation Services
Diagnostic Fee: $25
Wi-Fi Router Configuration: $35 for the first device, $15 for each additional device
Printer Setup: $35 (includes wired configuration and driver installation)
OS Installation/Reinstallation: $50 for SDFF computers, $75 for non-SDFF (includes drivers)
Software or Driver Installation: $25 per package
Hardware Services
Hardware Replacement Labor: $50 for SDFF computers, $75 for non-SDFF
Memory Upgrade: $35
Hardware Upgrade with Driver Installation: $35
Data and Security Services
Data Transfer: $40 (up to 50 GB, $1 for each additional GB)
Hard Drive Wiping: $5 (Non-certified), $10 (Certified)
Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal: $100
Password Removal (Windows OS only): $25
Express and Miscellaneous Services
Service Express: $75 (additional to labor and parts costs for expedited service)

Policy
- Effective Feb. 1, 2019. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Labor fees are nonrefundable.
- A $25 diagnostic fee will be applied to any other service fee associated with repairs, if applicable. This fee is non-refundable.
- Software and a valid software license must be provided prior to installation.
- Plus cost of part. Parts may be supplied by the client, or parts can be ordered by an SDFF technician for an additional cost (based on availability).
- External devices or media must be provided. Pictures, PDFs, documents, music, and video files will be transferred from the desktop, downloads, documents, music, pictures, and videos folders only. The client must specify any additional folders to be transferred. Software is nontransferable. Technicians will not be responsible for any missed files.
