Roles and Designations
- See Section 4 of the By Laws of the San Diego Futures Foundation (rev. 20221130) regarding the designations and "Selection of directors".
- Up to ten Class 1 Directors shall be appointed by the entire Board of Directors from the public at large.
- Class 2 Director - shall be the San Diego County Chief Information Officer.
- Five Class 3 Directors shall be appointed by the corporation(s) holding the current San Diego County Information Technology outsourcing contract.
- Executive Committe is comprised of the Officers of the Board (president, Vice President(s), Secretary, and CFO)
- Finance, Investment, and Audit Committee - referenced above as Finance Committee - are appointed by the Board of Directors.
