SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION SELECTS THREE NONPROFITS FOR EXTREME MAKEOVER (pdf)‐‐ “Extreme Technology Makeover” Winners Announced – San Diego, CA – October 11, 2007 ‐ The San Diego Futures Foundation (SDFF) a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, recently selected three nonprofits to receive free technology services as part of their “Extreme Technology Makeover” program sponsored by AT&T. With a $20,000 grant, SDFF was able to offer technical services, computers, software, planning and consulting at no cost to the winners.

SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION RECEIVES $20,000 DONATION FROM AT&T (pdf) June 20, 2007 - The San Diego Futures Foundation recently received a $20,000 grant from AT&T’s Excelerator Fund to support technology services for nonprofits. With this generous donation, SDFF is launching their “Extreme Technology Makeover” program sponsored by AT&T, which will offer free technical services and upgrades to select San Diego nonprofits.

SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION DONATES 100 COMPUTERS TO KEEP KIDS IN TOUCH WITH DEPLOYED PARENTS OVERSEAS (pdf) June 13, 2007 -- Kids in Touch, the non-profit organization that gives computers to military families with a parent deployed overseas for kids to keep in touch by email, recently were the beneficiaries of 100 computers donated to them by The San Diego Futures Foundation.

SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION RECEIVES $125,000 DONATION FROM NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORPORATION, May 2, 2007 -- The San Diego Futures Foundation recently received a first quarter cash donation of $125,000 from Northrop Grumman Corporation, which will total $500,000 in 2007.

SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION RECEIVES $10,000 DONATION FROM BANK OF AMERICA FOUNDATION, January 26, 2007 -- The San Diego Futures Foundation recently received a $10,000 grant donation from the Bank of America Foundation for SDFF’s “Youth Technology Education Rewards Program.” Geared toward children ages 7 to 13, the Rewards Program is designed for use in local community technology centers and computer labs.

SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION GIVE FOSTER KIDS HIGH TECH GIFT, December 4, 2006 – Three hundred deserving foster kids received free computers on Saturday as a donation from the San Diego Futures Foundation. In an effort to help foster kids succeed in school and prepare for success in our increasingly high tech world, SDFF, with support from the County Board of Supervisors, made foster families a priority for free computer donations in 2006.

SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION OCTOBER FUNDRAISER A BIG SUCCESS, November 10, 2006 -- The third annual San Diego Futures Foundation “Taste of Technology – Casino Night” raised more than $60,000 to benefit programs and services to make information technology available to the broadest range of San Diego County residents through the delivery of computer hardware, software, communications, youth training and education.

SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION NAMES SIX NEW MEMBERS TO THEIR BOARD OF DIRECTORS, October 12, 2006 -- The San Diego Futures Foundation recently elected a president and appointed six new members to their Board of Directors. The president Barbara Nichols and new members of the board of directors represent a broad and distinguished group of community and business leaders.

SAN DIEGO FUTURES FOUNDATION RECEIVES $180,000 DONATION FROM NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORPORATION, September 26, 2006 -- The San Diego Futures Foundation recently received a $180,000 cash donation from Northrop Grumman Corporation.
